Frequently asked questions

I signed up but the verification code never arrived.

We email a six-digit code when you register. Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, you can request a new one from the verification screen after 30 seconds.

PolFit is in closed beta. Can I sign up?

Registration is currently limited to an invite list. If your email is not on it, the app will tell you when you try to create an account.

I forgot my password.

Tap "¿Olvidaste la contraseña?" on the sign-in screen. We will email you a code to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

From Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Full detail, including what to do if you cannot sign in, is on the data deletion page.

Are the plans reviewed by a trainer?

No. They are generated by an artificial intelligence model from your profile, and are not reviewed by any healthcare professional. PolFit is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a professional before starting a training programme, especially if you have injuries or a pre-existing medical condition.
